The five-day event for 400 delegates per day including staff, sponsors, other water companies, local digital and creative businesses and universities, featured a full programme of daytime and evening activities, cumulating in a ‘Comic book heroes’ WaterAid ball.
We only had three weeks to prep, with just the Friday afternoon to turnaround the area for the ball. The theme was bright, brash, fun and loud and applied across super-human statues, large graphics, lighting, AV, table centres, props, digital photo booth and entertainment. Corporate guests were bowled over by the theme and production on the night, and it raised £28K for WaterAid!
