As well as her responsibilities as a Director, Jenny manages the team who dot the ‘i’s and cross the ‘t’s and keep the business running behind the scenes. Where would we be without finance, IT, premises management, admin, legal and HR? She’s been with the company from the beginning and has done just about every job here, which puts her in a good place to understand everybody’s role and manage our HR. She’s renowned for her attention to detail (some might say pickiness) and keeps our spending in line. (Not at home though apparently!)
My team and I are a bunch of process driven, number crunching, detail mad geeks! We like to keep things orderly and accurate. When there’s lots of events on, you’ll always find one of us in the office with a calculator, a contract or a hard drive. Something that myself and the other Directors aspire to for our business is to be the ‘Employer of Choice’. We're passionate about excellent communication and management of our team to ensure that they’re rewarded, managed and motivated. A happy team means happy clients and a happy business. And yes, I’m an absolute stickler for detail and cost control ‘the devil’s in the detail’!
