Floss heads up the creative team, and focuses on developing and
delivering new and exciting client events. She researches and designs new ideas, identities, products and themes, and, with the rest of the creative team, makes sure we're offering unique ideas before anyone else thinks of them. Her strengths lie in communication tools, new technology and event dressing – an unusual combination that helps make events look and feel just right for the client.
When planning an event, I imagine myself as the delegate attending and try to come up with the most exciting and magical experiences in the eyes of the guest and tailor the ideas from there. I spend so much time coming up with ideas for events, that quite often I dream about them...on the plus side, I get some of my best ideas when I'm sleeping!
